On the 17th of May it was held the online final conference of INTERMOVE FOR TRAINERS. This event was organized by the project coordinator, INCOMA, with the support and active participation of all partners. The main objective of this project has been to extend and transfer the INTERMOVE model to other partner organizations active in mobility programmes in Italy, Portugal, France, Ireland and Spain. For this purpose, a specialised training of trainers and mobility leaders has been developed and tested in order to be able to train other organizations.
INTERMOVE was a previous project whose main aim was giving new tools to face two of the most common barriers to mobility, namely cross-cultural issues and foreign language knowledge by developing and implementing a new training pathway for participants in student mobility actions.
As expected, during the Final Conference, the partnership had the opportunity to present, with videos and testimonies, the results and the INTERMOVE Network which has been created to preserve and sustain the INTERMOVE model. In addition, an expert in intercomprehension and interculturality made an awesome analysis of the contents created. The event concluded with the development of a couple of practical activities about interculturality and intercomprehension, that all participants enjoyed.
